Employees had access to a wide range of learning resources, but low awareness and perceived time constraints prevented usage.

  • Designed a “Grow on the Go” campaign focused on quick, accessible learning

  • Used bite-sized, clarity-first messaging to reduce friction and highlight ease of use

  • Created a dedicated intranet hub with consistent formatting for each topic

  • Enabled access to both current and previously published content for ongoing exploration

  • Reinforced messaging through both push (email) and pull (self-service intranet) channels
